Product Description and Installation Notes:
Remove the protective cover and stainless steel clip from the needle bar of the thermometer. Insert the needle bar from the outside through the small hole on the grill dome. Note that the red sealing ring should be on the outside, between the thermometer and the grill dome. Squeeze the stainless steel clip to make the probe pass through the hole on the clip. Adjust the distance between the clip and the inner wall of the grill to complete the installation. Squeeze the stainless steel clip to easily adjust the position; when loosened, the clip will immediately recover and lock the thermometer firmly.
